FAQs
Q: Do you only work on vehicles from a select range of manufacturers?
A: No, we work on vehicles from every manufacturer. Our technicians are highly experienced and have been manufacturer trained to ensure the quality of their work. Our workshop contains the original factory tools and diagnostic equipment for a number of manufacturers, allowing us to carry out our work to the highest possible standard and to the vehicle manufacturer’s specification. We have specialist knowledge of Lamborghini, Mercedes, Audi, Bugatti, McLaren, and Ferrari vehicles.
Q: Do you provide OEM parts?
A: Yes, we aim to use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts as standard whenever we are working on a vehicle. In some cases, such as when a part is no longer widely available, it may not be possible or cost effective to use an OEM part. When this happens, we will suggest a suitable alternative that matches the OEM specification and will contact you to make sure that you are happy for us to use this solution. We will never make an alteration to your vehicle without your approval.
Q: Do you offer accident repair?
A: Yes, while we specialise in mechanical and electronic repairs, we also offer minor accident repairs. We’re able to refurbish wheels and repair cosmetic damage such as scratches, scrapes, dents, and chips. We can also help you to avoid further damage in the future by applying protective measures such as paint protection film or a ceramic coating to your vehicle.
Q: Do you only work on UK-based vehicles?
A: No, we are able to work on international vehicles as well. Depending on the nature of the enquiry, we can either arrange for the vehicle to be transported to our workshop or we can travel to you in order to provide a mobile service.
Q: Will you be driving my vehicle?
A: Yes, we drive each vehicle before and after we carry out our work. The initial drive is an important part of the diagnostic process that allows us to identify any issues that may not have been mentioned when briefing us. Then, once we’ve finished working on the vehicle, we drive it again in order to make sure that each issue has been rectified and the vehicle is in perfect working order. Our insurance policy includes road risk coverage up to £2 million and ensures that we have all the necessary protections in place when driving our clients’ vehicles.
Q: Will my vehicle be safe in your workshop?
A: Yes, we regularly work with high value vehicles and have procedures in place to make sure that they are secure at all times. Our workshop is well protected and uses round-the-clock CCTV. Plus, we’re fully insured so that all you have complete peace of mind.
Q: How does payment work?
A: We request payment in two parts – an initial payment that covers the full cost of the parts that are needed, and a final payment that covers the cost of our labour once the work has been completed. These payments must be made before the collection or transportation of the vehicle.
