If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Please call us to notify us that you are returning your item ahead of shipping by calling 020 3701 5756 or emailing


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment card. Please note that if this is a credit card, this may take 5-10 business days to show up on your credit card statement

If the product is damaged in anyway, or you have initiated the return after the 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If there is any damage to your goods on receipt, or the goods are faulty. please call us on 020 3701 5756 as soon as you discover the issue.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
